Pandering to a right wing fringe group, Clear Channel took down a Gay.com ad that featured a bare chested man and the American flag. There is nothing offensive about such an ad and gay people are Americans like anyone else and have the right to celebrate the flag. Such freedom of expression is downright American. Yet, a group of yahoos in Boston demanded that the ad be censored, because they apparently think gay people dating and the flag don't mix.

"You have two men embracing, wrapped in the American flag, advertising a porno website," right wing nut Brian Camenker. "How can you get more offensive than that?"

What is more offensive to me is how so-called family values groups wrap themselves in the flag to mask their campaigns of hatred and discrimination. Furthermore, gay.com is a dating/news website, not pornography, although some people elect to post naked pictures. Clear Channel should have had some guts and told the puritanical busybodies to get lost. After all, the ad had been up since April and no one complained until a blue-nosed interest group made it their pet cause.

I dont know why they always give-in to these assholes. Their boycott of disney didnt work and bill gates only caved for a few days until the uproar from our side made him grow his balls again and support equality for gay people. Appeasement always emboldens tyrants, as history has proven.

Gay.com a "porno" website? ROTFLMAO! They are so damned afraid of getting sued they are damned near WHITEBREAD!

If Companies are afraid of getting sued by religious right groups - why don't we sue the religious right groups??

i coming from Singapore,To a person 團體制服here.
I was an excellent credit咖啡 staff.Many well-known in the credit 徵信社company to work, and excellent credit 徵信performance.
I love this job;I work brought endless fun.I hope that the formal減肥I appreciated the boss .I hope to continue to work in the credit徵信.
I work seriously,Peaceful coexistence with colleagues.The company has no particular request, 徵信社I can only hope that the wisdom I 燈光音響play.
