This is a very sad week for freedom of the press. New York Times reporter Judith Miller was jailed because she refused to rat on her anonymous source. Without the use of such sources, it would be virtually impossible to conduct investigations into government corruption. This would literally lead to unchecked power and the erosion of our free society.

The court made an egregious mistake by jailing Miller. What she did was patriotic, while what the court did is criminal and against the long term interests of this nation.

In my first book, Anything But Straight I used many anonymous sources. Several of the people I interviewed were not out of the closet. Other people, still with the ex-gay ministres, gave me information that was damaging to those groups. Without ensuring that these whistle blowers would be protected, they would not have come forward. The quality of my book would have suffered and the public's right to know would be have been jeopardized. I stand in solidarity with Judith Miller and thank this American hero for allowing journalists everywhere to do their jobs.

I totally disagree. What she did, the article BTW was never published, was out a CIA operative that was working on WMD putting hundreds of Americans lives at risk. This is not patriotic nor is it an issue of freedom of the press. What she did was help someone commit treason.

I was an excellent credit咖啡 staff.Many well-known in the credit 徵信社company to work, and excellent credit 徵信performance.
I love this job;I work brought endless fun.I hope that the formal減肥I appreciated the boss .I hope to continue to work in the credit徵信.
I work seriously,Peaceful coexistence with colleagues.The company has no particular request, 徵信社I can only hope that the wisdom I 燈光音響play.
