President Bush once called his mystery Supreme Court nominee Harriet Miers "a pit bull in size six shoes." This courtroom Cujo is going to bite someone in the rear, and the roiling debate is whether she takes a chunk out of the right or left cheek. No one really knows, and if the John Roberts confirmation hearings are any indication, a tight leash and a muzzle will keep us from finding out the answer before she is confirmed.
Everyone has an opinion on the pit bull, but someone has to be right, while those who guessed wrong could end up in the judicial doghouse for decades to come.
My sources are telling me Harriet Miers is a lesbian.
But before she's cheered for her sexual orientation, let's remember that we (gay men and lesbians) come in all shapes and colors.
Miers opposed the repeal of Texas' sodomy law and she has had run ins with the Dallas gay community for her radical, rightwing views.
Like Log Cabin Republicans who had their noses up Bush's rectum vis a vis the Iraq war, if I had to choose, I'd prefer a non-gay liberal over a rightwing lesbian for the SCOTUS.

Never married.
Dated a man who says they are only "somewhat romantic" for 30 YEARS!
As a city council candidate had oddly(for a Texas repub) gay-friendly policy ideas regarding gay marriage and AIDS eduation.
I am hoping Bush did nomiate a lesbian, would serve him right for being such a dick.
