I'm listening to this show right now and the guy wayne's debating is one of the biggest dumbest fucks i've ever heard---if he says "hold on" to wayne one more time i'm going to smash my computer--plus the stupid ass cant pronounce the word ACcept to save his life.

How to hand a pompous black homophobic minister his ass in six easy lessons.

1. Rev, you as a black man wouldn't appreciate a lecture on black people and their feelings and experience from a white man, remember that a gay man doesn't appreciate it from a non gay man as well.

2. No, you can't compare being black to being gay. And I didn't.
Discriminating against a person who has already proven compentent and talented for a job, was discharged for what they were, not their conduct or ability.

3. The soldier didn't break the rules, the military broke it's own rules, he didn't announce his orientation, it was announced by someone else.
He didn't tell, the army asked and wasn't supposed to, know the facts of the case Rev.

4. You insist, Rev, that these gay men and women know the rules going in, if they don't like the rules, they don't have to enter an institution that doesn't want them
Does that apply also too, Rev., to lunch counters, libraries, universities and othe professions and institutions that wouldn't have blacks, but blacks went and sat down, entered and pushed for entry anyway?
5. Rev, the young gay Marine who had already served four years, but left to pursue his own happiness-you never thanked him for his service, nor for his patriotism to serve his country IN SPITE of it's and YOUR ingratitude.

6. Rev, you think it's wrong for gay people to push for society to accept them and their homosexuality.
Rev, it's WORSE to insist that gay people BE you. BE straight people and insist they CAN be.
There is a wide vast difference between persuading the public to accept you, as opposed to
being FORCED into being what you're not.
Gay people aren't trying to make you gay Rev. just realistic and informed.
But you can't deny that YOU want gay people to be straight.

This Rev. Jesse L. Peterson is the same black Southern man who said that Coretta Scott King was a disgrace to the civil rights movement for her support of gay equality and justice for gay people.

That ALONE just shows you what an arrogant ungrateful shit this man is.
Let alone he doesn't know when he's in the presence of moral courage, as in the case of that young gay Marine.
A person who is morally correct and understands the worth of justice for ALL, would know it when they are.

My friends, I'm embarrassed by black folks like Rev. Peterson.
But they CAN be handled anytime and anywhere and this is how.

My Dear Anonymous,
I was on the Reverend's own radio broadcast a few years ago. His studio is down the road from KABC's.

There are no women who work around the Rev.'s business there. I got treated to a few hateful stares in the middle and after my hour on air.
There are civil and intelligent ways of making a person sound like the spoiled arrogant brats they really are without trying.
Repeating a stupid point over and over is one such way Rev. P handles a debate.
I'm not impressed when the first thing from someone's mouth is "I'm a Christian and the Bible says...."
To that, I answered his callers, 'so what? I'm not subject to the Bible, and neither is the rest of the country. WE are subject to the Constitution and Bill of Rights, read that."

The Rev and his minions seem convinced that character and virtue and the consequences of their conduct are not necessary for me to be impressed with THEM.
Taking their word and identity as Christian...or the ability to take a few quotes from the Bible is supposed to be enough.

I will be impressed with those of whatever faith, who show a sense of empathy and wish to secure justice for all people.
Whose duty is first to being FULLY educated about someone who is different by allowing the person of that group to speak for themselves and their own experience, needs and obligations.

It doesn't take being religious or not to know those things.
Even little children know better.

I know a phony person when I see one. Or someone that can't see past their own nose.
One doesn't really have to be smart.
Just open to another's needs and experience beyond your own.

People like Rev. P who place THEMSELVES in positions of influence can't afford to be so stupid, ignorance and arrogant.
It never occurs to them that they are actually quite useless to the good of the world.
